Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
Our current focus is on launching our new website and providing the best possible service to our UK customers. We hope to introduce international shipping later in 2026.
Do you check qualifications?
No. By creating an account and purchasing professional products, we assume you are a qualified nail technician or a student currently undertaking recognised training.
From time to time, we may contact selected customers and request proof of qualification or training.
Can I become a distributor or stockist?
Yes.
If you’re interested in stocking Nail Story products or becoming a distributor, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us to discuss the opportunities available.
Do you supply colleges or educators?
Yes.
We work with colleges, academies and independent educators to create bespoke student kits and training packages. Every kit is tailored to suit your course requirements, so please get in touch to discuss your needs.
Can I phone you?
Absolutely.

Can I return my order?
If your items are unused, unopened and in a resaleable condition, they may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Are your products cruelty-free?
We work with trusted manufacturers who share our commitment to producing high-quality professional products. If you have any questions about a specific product or ingredient, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Where available, payment options such as Klarna, Clearpay or PayPal Pay in 3 will be displayed at checkout.
Do you restock sold out products?
Yes, wherever possible. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we’re usually waiting for new stock to arrive. If you’re looking for something specific, please get in touch.
How can I keep up to date with new launches?
The best way is to join our mailing list and follow Nail Story on social media. We regularly share new products, exclusive offers, education, competitions and behind-the-scenes updates.
I can’t find what I’m looking for.
Please get in touch. We’re continually adding products to the website, and we may already have what you need or be able to recommend a suitable alternative.
