Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 working days. As a small independent business, every order is packed with care, and we always do our best to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible.

We currently ship using Royal Mail and DPD. UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.95.

We do not currently offer next day delivery. If you require your order urgently, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help where possible.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Nail Story cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners or for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.
