1. Can Chapters gel paints be used as a full colour application? Technically yes, they can, over builder, acrygel or acrylic for example. Cap the free edge really well, however we prefer to use them as a gel paint for nail art for best results. 

2. Can the colours be bought separately? Not at this time but we have a full range of gel paints available in larger pots, some are the same or similar.
